Are you ready to learn how to heal yourself?

This Reiki Level One training is a combination of the traditional Japanese Usui style, the Western-style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, and Holy Fire® Reiki, introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training.

At the completion of this training, you will achieve an excellent foundation and be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and your loved ones. This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available, taught by a down-to-earth practitioner with over a decade of experience.

You will learn the following and more:

• The origin and history of Reiki

• The nature of Reiki energy and how it heals

• The Reiki Ideals

• Hand placement system for treatments

• Working with space and environments

• Raising and protecting your vibration

• Energy anatomy

• Attunements (called Placements) for Reiki Level I

This training is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice time. Healthcare and wellness professionals are welcomed and encouraged to develop more integrative practices. Class fee includes all training materials including a class manual, supplemental materials, a certificate backed by The International Center for Reiki Training, ongoing teacher mentorship, and invitations to private events.
