My personal journey, starts as a first-generation Dominican-American growing up in New York City. I was diagnosed with major depression as a teenager, then an anxiety disorder in my early adulthood. Through these holistic practices, with the deepest gratitude, I have become a well-adapted adult who is in good health, balanced, and devoted to a spiritual path that continuously guides me towards authenticity. Since 2011, I have been professionally committed to supporting others to heal — mind, body, and soul. I abide by clear ethics and standards of practice to ensure you receive the highest quality care. I live by my own values which are love, health, creativity, expression, and abundance. It is our divine birthright. My mission is to help activate this potential within each of us, to be of sacred service to each other and contribute to our collective evolution. My vision is that together we align back to our true nature and live in harmony.

In 2022, I founded Upsoul Center, a holistic health and wellness sanctuary to bring together the amazing like-minded community I have cultivated over the years. I look forward to having you be a part of it too!
