My personal journey, starts as a first-generation Dominican-American growing up in New York City. I was diagnosed with chronic depression as a teenager, then an anxiety disorder in my early adulthood. Through these practices, with the deepest gratitude, I have become a well-adapted adult who is in good health, balanced, and devoted to a spiritual path that continuously guides me through love, knowledge, and hope. Since 2011, I have been professionally committed to supporting others to heal — mind, body, and soul. Love, health, creativity, expression, and abundance are our birthright. I am passionate about activating this energy within us to shine our brilliance and leave our mark in our communities.

In 2022, I founded Upsoul Center, a holistic health and wellness center to connect the amazing community I have cultivated over the years. I look forward to having you be a part of it too!
